scheduled MAINTENANCE Notification
FRIDAY, JULY 23, 2010: 9pm-11pm
MAINTENANCE EVENTS
On Friday, July 23, 2010 from 9pm to 11pm, we will be performing scheduled upgrade maintenance on the databases that support the Ice Warp mail servers.
The upgrades will divide up Ice Warp services into multiple databases, isolating user account information from the groupware services. It is a standard, pro-active, Ice Warp recommended procedure as the amount of user accounts and groupware continues to grow.
During this time, there will be slight interruptions in the ability to send/recieve email and calendar/contact/task information. The interruptions will stem from the need to stop/start services and switching over to the new database architecture. No data/information will be lost, just an intermittent ability to login, access and send from your account.
This applies to Webmail and email client applications (i.e. Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.).
