While we don't provide on-site service/support, we do provide several IT/Technical related services for clients, to best keep things up and running.
For the services we do provide, please find below the different areas of support available, along with their corresponding fees.

Remote assistance provides us the capability to log in and remotely manage a client's computer.

All services provided on-site are billable at an hourly rate of $125.00, unless otherwise arranged within the scope of a larger maintenance agreement.
* As stated within the service description (here), for on-site service calls, we collectively determine who is the best qualified resource (i.e. if item is covered under existing warranty, geographical limitations, technical requirements fall outside our abilities, etc.) prior to sending out anyone for on-site support. |

We take great strides to ensure our email network is always running in optimum conditions. However, as is the nature with email, there are can be isolated situations where mail servers don't communicate properly.
On these particular situations, if necessary, we offer the service of additional research, troubleshooting and support to isolate the problem - and provide a solution.

DNS services are the back-end configurations that let domain names (i.e. www.GSWS.com) point to the proper Internet servers so services (website, email, ftp, etc.) can function properly.
For clients having a specific situation and/or can't receive proper support from their current provider, we offer the service of providing assistance to ensure DNS configurations are setup correctly.
Examples of DNS issues requiring assistance include:
