LEGAL COMPLIANCE
The compliance regulations of each client will vary to some degree, depending on certain factors (i.e. specific state/federal laws governing the industry, whether a company is public, private, non-profit, if the company conducts business in more than one state, etc.). Everyone has more email these days, and many of those emails can include large attachments (i.e. images, pdfs, MS Office documents, etc.). On top of that, these emails (and their attachments) are more important than they have been in the past. All of this leads to increased storage requirements, and the need to access these emails.

The Barracuda Message Archiver provides a single storage solution that addresses all of these issues. Not only does it reduce the size/stress on one's local machine, it continues to make all archived email easily accessible, can compress stored data (reducing the overall size of data), but (for users of MS Outlook and/or Exchange) it allows for the remote archiving of attachments on the Archiver - keeping the email local while reducing the emails footprint size altogether!
