For email services provided to clients, GSWS uses IceWarp Unified Communications Server software. Additionally, for clients requiring their own mail server(s), GSWS is an authorized reseller of IceWarp Unified Communications Server software (click here for complete details).

IceWarp is the most comprehensive and integrated web-based Unified Communications product available.  When fully deployed, it can provide a complete menu of communication services including email, webmail, Instant Messaging, Shared/Synchronized Calendars and Contact data, Text Messaging, VOIP Integration, Smart Attachments, and much more.

BASIC SERVICE
For clients just needing the basics in email service, we offer the standard POP/IMAP email services (what is included with our standard hosting accounts as default options). These accounts include:

  (Outlook, Outlook Express, Mac Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)
• Spam/Virus Protection on Email Accounts
• WebMail (includes personal email, contacts and calendar)
• Auto-Responder
• Auto-Forwarding w/ copy saved on server
• 1GB Space (upgradeable to unlimited capacity)*
• 1,000 outgoing emails /day (upgradeable to unlimited)*

For clients wanting enhanced/additional capabilities, IceWarp is up to the task, offering a complete menu of services. These features are completely scalable for a particular situation , and can provide any the following features:
