NETWORK AND SERVER MANAGEMENT


While GSWS is not in the business of providing on-site computer support (we have companies we recommend that are better outfitted to provide such services), we have set up a program to assist several clients - ones preferring to have a single resource to contact for support and technical assistance.  

With each client, the program provides the clients with a customized, unique combination of our services (remote assistance, remote backup, enhanced email features, ESET anti-virus, etc.) specifically designed to keep the the client's hardware and data running properly, and not vulnerable to loss in in the event of a serious hardware failure.

All support and maintenance is performed remotely, unless an on-site service call is deemed necessary. For on-site service calls, we collectively determine who is the best qualified resource (i.e. if item is covered under existing warranty, geographical limitations, technical requirements fall outside our abilities, etc.) to provide the service call. In such situations, GSWS will inform you of the options, and assist in allowing you to make an informed decision.

Services are available on a per-incident basis, or as part of a larger overall maintenance agreement. That is part of the service customization defined in a case by case scenario. Service rate information is available here.
